- Suitable for Year 10 & 11 students
- Full revision resources and exam practice included
- Extra workshops during school holidays
A-Level
- Weekly sessions – 60–90 Minutes
- Year 12 & Year 13 students
- Past paper practice and mock-style assessments included
- DBS-checked, subject-specialist tutors
- Regular feedback to parents or guardians
11 Plus
- Weekly Sessions – 1.5 Hours
- Suitable for Year 4 and Year 5 students
- All learning materials included
- Optional mock test days and holiday intensives available
Yoga
- Weekly sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- 10+ (men, women, elders – all welcome)
- Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate levels
- What to bring: Yoga mat (if you have one), water bottle, comfortable clothes
- Separate classes available for women if needed
Kids Fitness
- Weekly sessions – 30–45 Minutes
- Ages: 5 to 12 years
- No experience needed – all levels welcome
- Mixed groups or girls-only sessions available on request
- Just bring: sportswear, water bottle & Chardi Kala spirit
Adult Fitness
- Weekly sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Age Group: Adults (18–65+)
- All fitness levels welcome – no experience needed

- All instruments are provided during class sessions.
- Instruments Taught: Harmonium, Tabla, Dilruba, Sarangi, Tota Sarangi, Taar Shehnai, Issraj, Sitar
Gurbani Kirtan
- Group Sessions – 30 Minutes Each
- All required instruments like Harmonium and Tabla are available at the academy for class use. You’re also guided if you wish to purchase one for home practice.
Classical Raag
- Group Sessions – 30 Minutes Each
- All classes taught by experienced Gurmat Sangeet teachers.
- 1-to-1 personal mentor support
Turban Tying
- Weekly session – 30 to 45 minutes
- Open to all – boys, girls, beginners, and regular wearers
- Hands-on guidance from experienced Sikh instructors
- Focus on comfort, technique, and personal style
- Taught in Punjabi and English (bilingual approach)
- Separate support available for Kaurs tying Keski or full Dastaar
Sikh History
- Group Sessions – 30 Minutes Each
- From Guru Nanak Dev Ji to present-day Panthic history – taught with clarity and heart.
- Worksheets, handouts, and visual storytelling used
- Taught in simple Punjabi and English (bilingual)
Punjabi
- Group Sessions – 30 Minutes Each
- Spoken, written, and reading Punjabi taught with care – for kids, youth, and adults.
- Printed and digital practice materials included
- Fun, interactive, and sangat-based learning
Gurmukhi
- Group Sessions – 30 Minutes Each
- Taught by experienced teachers in a respectful, child-friendly, and spiritual environment.
- Open to ages 5 and above
Wrestling
- Weekly Sessions – 1 Hour
- For boys and youth aged 7 and above.
- Includes discipline, focus & Gurmat-based mindset
- Comfortable clothing required (shorts/tracksuit & top)
- Opportunities for academy competitions and demo events
Martial Arts
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 6+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- Levels: Beginner-friendly, all levels welcome
- Uniform not required for beginners (guidance provided)
- Incorporates calmness, focus, and values from Sikhi
Kick Boxing
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 7+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- Level: Beginners & all fitness levels welcome
- Gear: Gloves, pads & protection provided (bring yours if preferred)
- Separate coaching for boys and girls available
Gatka (Sikh Martial Art)
- Weekly Group Sessions – 1 Hour
- Age: 6+ and open to adults
- Fitness, agility & spiritual grounding all-in-one
- Separate coaching for boys and girls if needed
- Weapons and safety gear provided by the academy
Boxing
- Weekly Group sessions – 45–60 Minutes
- Ages: 7+ (Kids, Youth & Adults)
- All equipment provided (gloves, wraps, pads, etc.)
