At Khalsa Panth Academy, our Wrestling Classes (Kushti style) revive the traditional Sikh warrior spirit. Wrestling was practiced by our Gurus and great saints for strength, discipline, and readiness. This isn’t just about throwing your opponent—it’s about learning how to stay grounded, stay humble, and stay strong.
