Boxing
Yes. Safety is our top priority. All drills are taught step-by-step, and we use protective gear for any contact-based training.
Not at all! Most of our students are first-timers. We teach from the ground up and match you with others at your level.
No! Girls are welcome too, and we make sure the environment is comfortable and respectful. Separate coaching groups are available.
Both. You’ll learn technical boxing skills, plus real self-defence awareness and fitness training you can use in real life.
Just come in sportswear and trainers. We provide gloves and pads, or you can bring your own if you have them.
Sparring is optional and introduced gradually, with full safety gear. Those interested in competing can be prepared and coached accordingly.
No. We teach boxing to build character, courage, and calmness. It’s about knowing when to fight—and when to walk away.
Classical Raag
Yes! Our Beginner classes are made for absolute beginners—no need to know anything before joining. We teach everything step by step, from how to sit with the harmonium to how to say your first “Sa.”
No need! Instruments are provided by the academy for class use. If you have your own, that’s great—but it’s not required to start.
Usually by Month 4, you’ll start getting into the Gurbani Raags after learning the basics of Sargam and vocal control. Everyone learns at their own pace, and we guide you with care.
Beginner classes focus on voice training, Sargam, and preparing your base.
Advanced classes go deeper into Raags, taals, and how to perform Shabads with full understanding and feel.
You’ll be assessed before moving up to Advanced.
Yes! Our classes are open to kids, teens, and adults. We adjust our teaching style depending on age and comfort. Many students start as young as 6 years old!
Absolutely! As you grow in confidence, we give students chances to perform, whether in class, local programs, or academy events. But no pressure—you grow at your own pace.
Classes are held once a week in 30-minute group sessions. Extra practice at home is encouraged, and we give you guidance on what to do between classes.
This is not just music—it’s Gurbani. Along with learning Raags, you’ll also understand the meaning of Shabads, how Raags connect to emotions, and how our Gurus used music to teach wisdom.
New batches usually start every month, depending on availability. You can register anytime, and we’ll place you in the right group based on your level. We’ll inform you of your start date after assessment or enrolment.
We try to keep a fixed weekly schedule for each group so students get used to a routine. If you have special needs (school clashes, etc.), we’ll do our best to accommodate—just speak to the admin team.
Gatka
Yes. All training is done under supervision, starting with wooden and soft weapons. Safety and discipline come first.
No. Fitness will build as you train. Gatka improves strength, balance, focus, and confidence gradually over time.
Absolutely! Guru Sahib made Kaurs warriors too. We welcome girls to train, lead, and defend with equal respect and support.
No. The academy provides weapons and safety equipment. You can bring your own once you advance or perform publicly.
Yes! Along with physical training, we share Sikh Shaheediyan, the Khalsa warrior spirit, and how Gatka kept the Panth alive.
Yes. Gatka teaches quick movement, awareness, and techniques that help you defend yourself while staying calm and alert.

Yes, we offer both. Students can join small group classes or choose 1-to-1 sessions depending on their needs and preference.

Gurbani Kirtan
Absolutely! Our Beginner classes are for complete newcomers. No experience needed—we start from the very basics and build your confidence.
No. The academy provides harmoniums and tablas during class. You can buy one later for practice if you’d like, and we’ll help you choose the right one.
Yes. Alongside singing, we also explain the meanings of Shabads, correct pronunciation, and how Raag brings out the emotion of Gurbani.
Our classes are open to children (5+), teens, and adults. We adjust our teaching style to suit the age group and comfort level of each student.
Beginners start basic Raag-based Shabads around Month 4. Advanced students explore full Gurbani Raags after showing comfort in Sur and taal.
Yes. As you progress, you’ll have chances to sing during academy events, Gurpurabs, and even Gurdwara programs (optional).
Group classes are held once a week for 30 minutes. We also give home practice guidance so you can grow faster.
Mostly in Punjabi with English explanations when needed. Our goal is to preserve the mother tongue while making learning easy and meaningful.

Yes! Our Basic classes are made for people starting from scratch. We teach from the first letter with full support.

Yes, with regular classes and practice, most students can start reading Japji Sahib and Nitnem Banis within a few months.
Yes! In Basic classes, we cover writing Gurmukhi, spelling practice, and forming sentences using Sikh vocabulary.

Yes! This class is designed for first-timers and regular wearers alike. We guide you from the first fold to a full Dastaar, step by step.
No. We provide turban cloth for use during class. If you have your own, feel free to bring it.
Absolutely. The Dastaar is for both Singhs and Kaurs. We teach Keski and full Dastaar tying for girls in a respectful, private setting.
Yes. Many students come to fix their style, learn better layering, or try different looks. We’ll help you perfect your technique.
Kids as young as 6 or 7 can start learning simple styles. There’s no age limit—just come with love and respect for the Dastaar.

Wrestling

It’s a mix. We teach traditional Sikh Kushti-inspired techniques with modern safety and structure.
Currently, we run wrestling for boys and youth only, but we’re working on options for Kaurs training in strength & fitness separately.

No. Our yoga focuses on breathing, stretching, and calmness. We avoid chanting or practices outside of Gurmat. Our focus is peace, posture, and mindfulness — all in line with Sikh values.

No. The class is focused on simple, body-friendly poses suitable for all body types. No headstands or advanced moves unless you’re ready.
