I’m a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, trained through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), with Level 1 International Training completed in 2017. Since then, I’ve been sharing this powerful practice — known as the Yoga of Awareness — which blends breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to bring balance and connection to the body, mind, and soul.
My journey also includes training in holistic therapies, giving me a whole-person approach to wellbeing — supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. My classes are always taught with kindness, compassion, and an open heart.
Beyond yoga, I’ve proudly led the 313th Sahibzadas Sikh Scout Group in Birmingham for over 19 years. Supporting youth through Seva, adventure, and leadership is a passion that earned me the Award of Merit in Scouting and recognition from The Sikh Network in 2017.
Joining Khalsa Panth Academy is an honour. I look forward to guiding this beautiful Sangat in discovering the inner strength and peace that Kundalini Yoga can offer.
