Sham Singh, aged 34, brings over 23 years of experience in martial arts and fitness. He is the lead Martial Arts Instructor at Khalsa Panth Academy, known for his powerful yet humble approach to teaching.
Sham has trained in Thai Boxing, Taekwondo, Boxing, and Wing Chun, and over the years, has blended these disciplines into his own freestyle fighting system. His training style focuses not only on strength and self-defence but also on discipline, respect, and personal growth.
He is also a qualified Fitness Instructor, helping students improve their body strength, flexibility, and mental focus through tailored fitness routines.
Outside the training space, Sham is a motivational speaker who loves inspiring youth through real-life stories, Sikhi values, and a mindset of Chardi Kala.
